The head is interesting and the knot is great as well especially bc it can tie really well!   they work really well. i didn't order any custom colors toy sent me a cool red and blue one. none of my toys have built in suction cups so I ordered a medium suction cup to try out, the medium size had no problem holding my larger toys in place, even on my shower wall it held my toys up by itself. I would definitely recommend these to anyone looking for a double sided suction cup
